Q: How do I apply for a Starbugs Club membership?

Q: What are the requirements for a Starbugs membership?
A: The applicant needs to be an avid reader who shares the same goal of education as that of Starbugs.
Q: Do I need an interview to be admitted as a Starbugs member?
A: Yes, a face-to-face interview as well as a written application is mandatory.
Q: How do I book a seat at a scheduled club activity,
A: All activities are offered on a first come first serve basis with limited capacity. That said, Starbugs will continue to add capacity if demand so requires.
Q: I am interested in improving my/my kid's language skills. Does Starbugs offer tutoring?
A: We provide language tutoring as a valued-added service together with trusted partners.
Q: Is summer membership separate?
A: Yes, the "regular membership" covers whole year except for July and August. Summer membership will be sold separately on a monthly basis.
Q: Why is Starbugs Club called a family club?
A: That's because we also offer parents of members various services, from educational/language learning information/advice to overseas study and immigration consultation. We will also organize social events to allow bonding between members.
Q: What are the information and communications channels for members of Starbugs?
A: (1) For information, please read Starbugs official wechat. (2) For detailed inquiries/suggestions, please write email to inquiry@starbugs.cn. (3) Your client service officer will be available onsite at each of our clubs to help answer your inquiries. (4) for selected official notices/information, you will be communicated through your personal email and residential mailing address. So please help make sure that Starbugs has your updated information on file.
Q: Once enrolled, can I cancel Starbugs membership?
A: Yes, subject to administrative charges.
Q: Under what circumstances will Starbugs Club membership be extended?
A: The only circumstance under which Starbugs membership will be extended is when Starbugs is unable to offer any club services at all, either online or offline, in which case the membership will be extended for the duration of the interruption.
People are at the center of Starbugs' service offerings. They are selected to the industry's highest standard based on talent, experience but most importantly passion. Once hired, consultants will continuously be evaluated and trained to move towards perfection.
